Lost the email with your card? Enter the address it was sent to and we’ll send every usable card for that address again.

For a gift, that is the recipient’s address. We only ever send cards to the address they were sent to.

For your security, cards are only sent to the address they were delivered to, never to a new one. If that address is wrong or you no longer have access to it, contact us and we’ll help after checking your purchase.

Expired, fully used and blocked cards aren’t sent again. A gift scheduled for a later date arrives on that date.
