How do we get paid?
Every redemption is recorded in your partner dashboard the moment it happens, showing the amount, the 7% commission and your 93% share. Earnings are settled directly with you under the terms of your partner agreement.
Do we need special terminals or a new POS?
No. Staff sign in to the Dushi Partner app in the browser of any modern phone or tablet, scan the customer's QR code with the camera and enter the amount. Nothing to install from an app store and nothing to connect to your till.
What if the customer's balance is lower than the bill?
The app shows the available balance before you confirm and will not let you charge more than that. The customer pays the difference with any other method you accept.
What if a QR code won't scan?
Staff can type the card code printed in the customer's email instead. The same balance checks apply.
Can a card be used twice for the same purchase?
No. Each redemption is confirmed once on our servers and deducted from the live balance immediately, so a repeated tap or a slow connection never charges a card twice.
